Where to find funscripts.

Funscripts come from a handful of places: community forums, indexes, web players, the Handy's own library, creators who sell their work, and software that drafts one from a video. Here is what each is, and what to check before you play a file.

EroScripts

The scripting community's forum, once called RealTouchScripts, where funscript is the preferred format. Tools such as FunScripter come from its members, and an OpenFunscripter fork carries its name.

Describes itself as "a website for finding great funscripts". Its code is public on GitHub.

WEB PLAYER

FapTap

A community-run site that plays videos with scripts. Ohdoki suggests it for a first synced session: enter your Handy's connection key and connect.

THE HANDY

IVDB

Ohdoki's official script library, with scripts for more than 1,000 videos, free and premium. Downloads are script tokens for Ohdoki's player; videos are not included.

STORES

Studios

Some sell scripts with their videos. The buttplug.io format notes name RealSync, formerly SyncArmy, and SexLikeReal as marketplaces.

CREATORS

Membership pages

Some creators publish through memberships on Patreon and similar sites. A page may not list what each tier includes, so check before you pay.

COMMUNITY

Discord and Reddit

Ohdoki points Handy owners to the Handy Discord server and the r/HandyScripts subreddit.

SOFTWARE

AI generators

FunGen drafts scripts from 2D or VR video, with its best models behind a Pro Pass. MTFG adds motion tracking to OpenFunscripter. Treat the output as a draft.

ANANGA's free, open catalogue lives at ananga.ai/scripts. Wherever a script comes from, there or anywhere else, you can check it in your browser before you play it; the file never leaves your device.

04 / BEFORE YOU PLAYFive checks.

  1. The right version.A script fits one cut of one video. Its last point should fall near the end of your copy; if the motion slips as the video goes on, see fixing sync.
  2. The limits.Run it through the checker. It flags moves faster than 500 units a second and points closer than 80 ms. See device-safe scripts for why.
  3. The axes.A multi-axis set is several files. Keep them together, with the same base name as the video.
  4. The licence.Look for one in the file's details or where it was posted, and respect the creator's terms, especially for paid scripts.
  5. The file itself.A funscript is plain JSON text: it holds numbers and cannot run anything. Be wary of a download that contains more than the scripts and media you expected.

Once you have a script, the player has to find it. Almost every player pairs a script with its video by the name before the extension, so keep evening.mp4 and evening.funscript in the same folder, with any axis files beside them. Rename both or neither.

  • HereSphere looks beside the video first, including on a network share, then in an Interactive folder on the headset.
  • DeoVR needs the video and the script to have exactly the same name.
  • Stash links them after a scan, and lets you filter for scenes that have a script.

Are funscripts free?

Many are; some are sold. IVDB, for example, has both free and premium scripts.

Can I play a script made for the Handy on another device?

Yes. The format is the same for every stroker, and a player turns it into vibration for a vibrator; see vibrators. Slower devices need a player that respects their limits.

What is a script token?

IVDB's download format. It is a small file that points to the script on the Handy's servers rather than holding the motion itself, so it plays through Ohdoki's service.

Are AI-generated scripts any good?

They are drafts. FunGen, for one, asks you to judge its output on your own content. Check the turns, pauses and speeds before you rely on one.

Is a funscript private?

It holds only numbers, but its name usually names the video, so treat it as you would the video. ANANGA's player keeps your files on your device.
